changing gauge?

hi, i have a gibson J200 and it currently has 13 gauge strings set to e flat tuning!

i want to put on 12 gauge and have them tuned to standard tuning. will i be able to simply change strings and not upset the intonation?

I heard that changing to this new set up - the tension will be the same as it was with the 13 gauge in e flat tuning.

Help would be appreciated!

You shouldnt have any problems.

I would think that you should be able to even go to 11's. but as said above, you shouldn't have any problems.
