I played an Elite Sunburst Les Paul and was impressed. Great tone and looks. Better than some Gibsons of late, IMO. I hope they keep up the quality.

I'm torn between an Elitist 335 and the Gibson 333. Both
are nice, with similar pickups (although one's covered, the other isn't). Same wood block with hollow wings, and
Gibson hummers. Both are about the same price. Both have bound necks. I think the 333 has a little more
uniqueness, and looks less of a reissue, but either one would suit me fine.
