Hi,
I just need some advice on what pickups are best as an upgrade for my old Antoria Jazzstar (L5 copy), recently bought on ebay. I'm a blues/jazz player, so a nice big warm sound from the neck pup, and clean, but not too bright, from the bridge, would be great. There's loads of stuff on ebay uk, seymours, armstrongs, dimarzios etc, but I'm unsure what to go for.
Doesn't matter what make they are I guess, but seeing as the guitar isn't worth a fortune, and I don't have a fortune to spend :shock: it makes sense not to go over the top. It really is a lovely guitar to play, so I want to make the most of it, with a sound to match.
Any ideas?
