I just couldn't get with the neck, though, so my I had a luthier friend replace it wuth a Tele neck (like Johnny Winter!), and it feels a lot better, as well as serves to eliminate the poor intonation it once had. Now, I just loooove this guitar! The mini-humbuckers scream through my Reverend Hellhound amp, and the vintage sunburst is beautiful. It sounds great clean and funky(like a Tele, like Dennis Coffey), and it gets a great, nasty 1970's rock vibe with some grit in the signal!
