Need help identifying a couple of pu's....

They are hb's labeled "Gibson USA" on the back with black wrapping around sides and a metal shielded lead. In a couple of days I can post a pic if it would help. Got the pair for $40 and am thinking of putting them in one of my guitars...just wondering how old they may be and what to expect in terms of sound. later.

These could be just about anything. Are there no other identifying marks.

Most likely they are something like a standard 498 or 490 or something like that. What color is the bobbin?
