while cruising the Minneapolis/St. Paul craigslist tonight, I found these two guitars.

they don't seem to be priced too badly. just in case someone is interested. I'm not affiliated with either guitar. I'm just passing on the information for y'all.

I have an Epi S-310. It's been heavily modded, tho. It's had a fret job, a new pickguard from pickguards.us, a Gotoh tuner upgrade, the pickups swapped out for Mighty Mites in the neck and middle and a Carvin Twiblade in the bridge, and a GFS "Fits All Strats" Wilkinson vibrato put on it. Plus some stickers from StickerGiant.com and the Santana Store.

Does any one know how much these guitars are worth I know where I can get a FAT310 epiphone/gibson strat model for $100 thats not bad for a rare guitar if it is indeed rare and might be worth hanging on it.

Not a lot. My Blue Book 8th Edition, which isn't the latest, says 90-250$ depending on condition. A 100% mint condition would only be 250$. To be honest, if it played and sounded well, then $100 might be worth it, but forget about it as an investment. $100 could get you a secondhand Squier Strat that sounded better

yeh I actually almost bought it on impulse before i even saw that thread it was just that moment of wow thats cool i have never seen one before. It was in great condition but the store wouldn't let me play it (it was some sketchy pawn shop) and I really have no need for it.

I have 2 Squier Standard Strats and imho the Epiphone I have is much better quality, even before all of the upgrades I did to it. But at least the Squiers have "normal" headstocks, if that's important to you.

I must admit I have never played this Epi, which is why I said if it played and sounded well, then $100 might be worth it.
However if it didn't play and sound good then $100 could get you a secondhand Squier Strat that sounded better. Headstock and looks are not that important to me. It's how the instrument performs

what a rush of nostalgia, that was my 10th-11th grade guitar (Yngwie phase) must have been around 92-93. It worked really well for a while, then I scalloped the neck. Wasn't so hot after that.
I think I got it for $100. new at the time. It was a pretty cheap guitar, which is why I bought it.
