I now have the Valve Junior Combo along with the Tony Iommi G400. I replace the neck pickup with a P94.

I've finally taken a picture of the Epiphones, and here it is! The Sheraton II is a 1992 model in Ebony w/ faded gold hardware, the Les Paul Standard w/plus top is a 2004, the Firebird Faded Studio is a 2006 with the Steinberger locking tuners (from what I've heard--quite a bit more stable that the banjo tuners ever were) and a G-400 SG also in ebony and it's a 2006 as well.

I recently ( this spring ) picked up a 3 pickup "Les Paul Custom" SG in black with gold hardware. It's marked Epiphone Custom Shop on the back of the headstock. Really nice guitar too , especially for $330.00 Cdn. brand new! I got a new Gibson SG bass a couple of days before that isn't quite as nicely finished and cost about a thousand dollars more!!! Oh yeah, I've got an Epi "EP 8008" bass practce amp in tweed too.

I have a very inexpensive Epi and I love it
I have owned Gibsons all my life as a professional, so I know what a good guitar is. For a small number of years however, I traded Gibson for an Epiphone Sheraton. I swear, the quality of that Sheraton was not inferior to the the 1960 Gibson 335 I owned for so many years.
I traded the Epi later though (me a snob), and rebought a Gibson 335 (I'm a one guitar guy). Later I decided to buy a backup, vacation, roughhouse guitar and bought an Epiphone Les Paul Standard. It was fantastic.
When I realized I liked solid body, I got rid of the 335 and got a Gibson LP Standard. Again, I think the Epi LP was basically just as good as the Gibson LP(I added better pickups to the Epi).
Finally, I realized that a hollow body is 'me' after all, so I traded the Gibson LP for a Gib 339, and let the Epi LP go in lieu of an Epiphone SG 310.
I LOVE this Epi SG. It is so cheap-$199 and yet still so fine. I did a lot of set up work on it, and gave it expensive Gibson pickups, but it is such a nice guitar. If I had to play professionally with only this Epi SG, I'd be fine with that.
I love Epiphone. I think they are so underrated that it's funny.

I have a new Riviera P 93, and SG and a cheap little acoustical P150 or something like that. I was just recently introduced to Epiphone and fell in love with the SG as soon as I played it. It reminded me of my buddies dad's Gibson LP jr. when I was a kid. I gave my 6 mo. old Fender to my daughter, after I got into the Epis. I have taken an interest in televised music productions recently just to see what they are playing. I should probably get a life huh?
