Plastic Bridges information sought...

Gibson used plastic bridges on some guitar models. I am trying to find out:
What models?
What years?

....and is it common practice to have them replaced?
Thanks!

I don't remember exactly when (probably back in the '70s) but I've had a few Les Pauls with those nylon bridge inserts. I used to replace them as soon as I could. They were too soft.

OK, Iím new to the forum here, I meant plastic bridges on acoustic Gibsons, not electric...
So, they came on B-25s, some LG and maybe some Js even,,,in the 60s, but what years and what models, like a little matrix would be what Iím trying to find...
Thanks!
