Okay, okay, confusion again...I brought this up a long time ago asking about his 1 and 2, and wondering which was the '58 and which was the '59. According to some information, the number 2 was the extensively modified LP, as pronounced by Mr. Zosofancmr's info, and by other accounts it was the number 1. Also, according to link 1 no person really knows if the LP 1 is a '59 or even a '60. I bet Mr. Page doesn't even know or he confuses interviewers on purpose.

Neither is a 1958. Number One is definitely either a 59 or a 60 based on the neck and the white bobbin pickups. Number Two has a serial number denoting it was produced in '59, 91703.
