Welcome, Marantz. Nice gear. Just curious....why do you run into the #2 inputs on that Marshall? I usually run into one and chain from the #2 to the #1 in the other channel. Are you looking to cut gain?

The P90s are Phat Cats,Marshalls a 76 Super Lead and the jumpers are #2 to #1. The Hiwatts a 73 DR112 and the guitars are a 90 Les Paul Custom with Bare Knuckle Crawlers plus my fake with the Phat Cats.

Mr. Wally and Mr. 1300,
I did the same thing with a 6-inch cable, connecting from one of the channels to the effects loop on my 80s British KMD tube. It cut out extra hum. There probably is a better way to do it, but the last time I used it, I observed, and continued.

Addendum: The amp photo is very old. I've since acquired double this number.
