I got to work this morning and one section of the building got flooded out. There was about 1.5" of water on the floor as the roof leaked where it meets an internal wall. All the ceiling tiles along this wall filled up with water until they couldn't hold anymore. They finally burst and made quite the mess. Affected our QA, IT, accounting and process departments. Also hit a portion of our warehouse and machine shop. Lost about a dozen laptops as they were full of water. By this afternoon, all the water had been sucked up and they had dehumidifiers and fans everywhere. The worst part is that one of our customers (Ford) is coming in on Wednesday to do a secondary audit. I think we should try to reschedule that one!!

Sun is trying to shine and temp has risen, however there's also some strong wind so it feels cooler

Currently cloudy and 32 (0c). Expecting some snow flurries and/or showers today. High 37 (3c).

Snow/ice is slowly melting, my house is still dry. I was worried as I had a minor flood once and shortly thereafter, I assembled some shelves to get my guitars and amps off of the basement floor. However, I've bought more guitars and amps since then and they are sitting on the floor.

Temp has shot up to 15 this morning and expected to hit over 20 later. Sun is out there as well. Onset of summer or a fluke

Partly cloudy today, high of 43 (6c). Remaining ice and snow should finally melt today.

Partly cloudy with ....WTF?....flurries again today. High 37. Will someone please slap mother nature to get her out of this funk that she's in?? It's supposed to be around 50 for this time of year. Remember "April showers bring May flowers"? The rhyme doesn't mention sleet, snow, ice pellets or freezing rain!!! Sheesh!
