2015 Gibson SG

I bought an SG Standard for a very soft price, the guitar is very resonant, BIG sustain, the '57 Classic humbuckers sound very well. This 2015 SG Standard is really a great guitar.
I made some upgrades: Historic trussrod cover, Graph Tech TUSQ adjustable nut, Custom 5 ply pickguard w/ 60° bevel. I will remove the GForce, it is too heay for the SG.
PS : Inlays are made of real MOP on 2015 SG.

I love that chocolate brown look! Congratulations, and well done.

Gee that one is a beauty and the color is awesome. It's got to play as good as it looks. Enjoy this one for sure. I have a 2012 Gibson SG Classic, Heritage Cherry, and P90's p/u's
and I really love if. Only thing that I did on it put a American B5 Bigsby and a Tonepro TPR roller bridge.

For me, the SG is kinda like Gibson's Telecaster. It is just stripped down to the essence of a good guitar, a plank with pickups, made to rock. I like 'em!

Congrats! HNGD

Other than the dorky hologram on back of the headstock, I love the 2015 Standard. Main thing is no static like my 2016 has (almost 2 years later and it's still there)

Very cool upgrades I made on my 2015 SG Standard:

- Historic '59 truss rod cover
- Graph Tech adjustable nut
- Kluson Revolution machine heads
- Creamtone 5 ply pickguard
- Vintage M-69 pickup rings
- Historic switch tip
- Custom Shop Switchcraft nut/coarse knurling
- Philadelphia Luthier knobs
- Gibson ABR-1 Bridge

Beautiful guitar!! I love, love, love SG's I have a 2012 SG Special that saw some hard times before I got it but now after going through it and cleaning it up it plays like butter, perfect action and sounds amazing!!
