Greetings, new guy here. I just acquired a 1961 GA-45 RV in very good condition. The reverb tank has been replaced, but is not functioning properly. I suspect it is the incorrect tank. Can anyone give me the correct tank part #,or the proper ohms for the tank. I have searched the world over to no avail ! Thanks,Ron

Hi and welcome. Sorry I can't help you. Hopefully someone here may have an idea. What is the problem with it? Have you brought it to a tech? Usually when I buy a vintage amp like that, I bring it to a tech to get the filter caps replaced and have him go over the whole amp to see if there are any other unforseen problems. You don't want a filter cap blowing up and taking out your transformer. Also may want to have a proper 3 pronged a/c cable installed if it hasn't already been done.

Once they've been checked out, those tend to be awesome amps.

    Good luck
